"Nephilim" is a plural, so "nephilims" is a plural-plural, like "all y'all."

The three variations of Y’all:
Y’all, a group of 2-5 people
All Y’all, a group of 5-12 people
All Y’alls, a group of over 12 people.
Definitions vary. Something I learned in Texas.
