Well, I have actually been to a Catholic Mass, and I couldn't discern one shred of difference between the Scripture I heard there and the same verses read at home in my Bible that has the Rainbow insignia on it.

What does your Rainbow insigna mean?

I have educated myself about the role the Catholic Church has played in persecuting non-Catholics for years, including the hideous butchery of the Knights Templar, the various Jews and Protestants. Your church's record is impressive.

The record of one of your former altar boys, the son of Alois Scheklegruber, shows he learned his trade in church.

Your ignorance of the Craft is dwarfed only by your bigotry.

Get lost. You have freedom of religion here in this blessed nation, but fortunately, you no longer have freedom to impose your religion by the sword and firebrand.

The one world religion Freemasonry wants is secularism or Laicite to use the French word.

It's already taken hold on some parts of the world. Stop being in denial.

Well, let's see here . . .

The principles of our Fraternity are based on the same moral absolutes that form the foundation of all true faith.

But I thought it was about moral relativism.

Every Mason must believe in a Supreme Being.

Your God, my God, it's all good. Just BELIEVE in something already.

He must strive to live morally in accordance with the highest standards of individual character and social conduct.

What a reprehensible goal, and one that all good Catholics must necessarily deplore.

Unfortunately, our purpose as well as our very existence is questioned by the uninformed.

No. Do tell.

They fail to see that Masons are invariable churchgoing men who extend the precepts of their faith beyond their sabbath to every day of their lives.

So they're doing better than 90% of my acquaintance.

Freemasonry, therefore, welcomes to its ranks Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and all good men of whatever religion who truly aspire to live accordingly to the Creator's will.

If Catholicism says one is not to associate with those of different faiths for purposes of good works and fellowship, I managed to miss that diktat.

Faith and work, soul and body, heart and hand are united as Masons everywhere labor through Freemasonry in peace and harmony to honor the Creator and serve mankind.

Which is, oddly enough, exactly what my church youth group promoted.

Such are the objectives of Freemasonry. Obviously, they complement, not contradict, sound religious beliefs.

Well, obvious to some.

Which thread would that have been on? I do have to work in the morning.

I can't remember the title of the thread. Ask nopardons, she might remember. That's where I had the pleasure of originally talking with her. I'll try to look it up and see if I can find it later.

BINGO! You proved our point with those very words! Religious indifferentism. Truth is relative...

"I attended a Masonic ceremony before that was stated very explicitly."

If you "attended a Masonic Ceremony", it was not a true Masonic Ceremony. Methinks thou art less than truthful.

"How is it engaging in vile impugnations of Masons to say that some of our forefathers were Deists! "

Using your rationale, since some Catholic Priests are child-buggering homosexuals, all Catholics are child-buggering homosexuals.

Now, how does that strike you, bub?

"We don't have Masonic emblems on our Bibles."

What is on the cover doesn't change the content.

By the way, are you allowed to read the Bible yet, or must you depend on your Priest's interpretation?

The insignia includes several elements of the ritual the Rainbows perform at their meetings. It involves the Seven Lessons (love, nature, religion, immortality, fidelity, patriotism, and service) and the three cardinal virtues (faith, hope, and charity).

Am glad that we have a network of Masons to rebut, but it is terrible to witness these attacks when we are undergoing the war of wars with the Islam terrorists."

You most assuredly DO owe all Masons, alive and dead and their families an apology.

Nope, I will not apologize. Masons incited the following rampages and thuggeries.

The French Revolution 1789
The French Revolution of 1830
The European Revolutions of 1848
The persecutions of Catholics under the Austrian Emperor Joseph II
The Mexican Revolution of 1910 in which thousands of Catholic clergy and laity were murdered.
Not to mention the Masonic influences in the massacres of Catholic clergy and laity during the 1930s before Franco took power.

No, why don't YOU stop lying about it, or rather being denial of its at least indirect negative impact on society.

The Masonic cult has only brought destruction in its wake and hatred for the Catholicism I cherish.

It strikes me as being ridiculous because you aren't looking at what I said. I never said all Masons were Deists or that any Mason was a Deist, I said that some of our forefathers were Deists! Why does that raise your hackles anyway? It would fit right into Masonic thought wouldn't it? As long as you believe in a God?

I challenge you to show me a post in this thread where I used a curse word like she did. Bigotry? Right. Just because I don't agree with Freemasonry. Whatever.

So the Masons decided they would try to bully the Catholic Church to buy into their indifferentistic, relativistic worldview.
