Are you saying that one must be perfectly correct in all facets of doctrine in order to be a Christian? That is to say, "nonessentials" of the faith, practical application, political affiliations, without inconsistency?

If so, you're putting restrictions on election (whether one is Calvinist or Arminian or in between, all those saved are elect)that the authors of the bible never dreamed of, or wrote of, and that Jesus never taught. Heaven is going to be a very empty place. You're not going to be there, and neither am i under those circumstances.

I said that would be enough out of me....

however, I would hardly call being PRO abortion/homosexuality/Taking God/Jesus out of the public square "non essentials of the faith"

As stated earlier by me....Anyone that asks Jesus to come into their life/heart etc thanking Jesus for dying on the cross for their sin etc will be saved.God knows the heart of man,not I...But we are also told to at least make a effort to turn from our sin...

I also said moderate republicans are not much better.They probably have less blood on their hands,mind you they may try to put Rudy or "McClain" in office in 08.
