We did try aligning ourselves with other fellow Catholics who were against all the nonsense, but after a couple of years, I just couldn't handle all the talk about the church, the church, the church, and the church.

So you quit. Found something easier. Good for you.

And the feast days. And Mary. Where was our Lord in all of this?

What do Mary and "feast days" have to do with anything you've described? Explain to me the mental process.

I really don't want to argue. I'm not one to say that my Catholic brothers and sisters aren't truly Christian. Who am I to judge the condition of anyone's soul? Even though I know most "traditional" Catholics here probably think I'm going to hell for once "knowing" the faith and leaving it. :( I'm in a much worse place than someone who never knew "the truth" at all. Right? :(

I know enough to know I'm damned. (eyes rolling)
