I don't understand the problem here.

The Pope has the final authority. The Catholic Church is not a democracy.

If one pledges allegiance to the Pope and the Magisterium, I suppose one would want a question/answer forum to clarify what wasn't fully understood. But if "Papa Ben" says "do it" it's like "Papa Peter" saying "do it" and who'd argue with him?
