Thankfully, that's one thing I don't need to repent of.

"A flow chart as an explanation of metaphysics? I am afraid I do not find that something to be pleased with."

Aesthetic objection?

Actually, a flow chart, a poem, an icon, a Scholastic exercise in argument/counterargument, a dogmatic definition, a children's catechism answer, a bumper sticker, etc. can all be true, and must all be considered inadequate and limited, because they are different ways to express different aspects of the truth.

A flow chart can be true, but it's never exhaustive.

That sort of flow-chart has always bothered me, in that it could be interpreted to suggest Purgatory as a final destination ... which we know not to be correct. One does not go "to" Purgatory in the same final sense that one goes "to" Heaven or Hell. One goes "through" purgatory, as a possible road "to" Heaven.

Then go for the incense-scented chanting ... different ways of saying the same thing. ;'}

While it may not appeal to everyone, that sort of chart can make the complex understandable

I used Wikipedia to find the "technical" name for the piece, and then googled for the image.

Until I saw the Bernini bust, I was partial to the icon, but after seeing that face....

I don't believe in purgatory myself, but I do believe in Heaven and Hell. I know many Churches now say there is no hell, but as a former Baptist, I had fire and brimstone scorched into me for years!

I'm like you,
I believe that the blood of the "Lamb of G-d" is sufficient to cover all sins.
I also believe that both Y'shua and Rav Paul say any sin no matter how small
is cause for condemnation to Hell.

Only the Blood of Y'shua can save.

I am a "blood washed " sinner.
b'shem Y'shua
