Our Lady of Hebei, pray for us

I've never heard of this title of Our Lady. After doing a little research, I found out that Hebei is in China. What are the origins of this title?

I remember reading about the appearance a few years ago, it happened during the Boxer rebellion when a lot of Catholic churches were destroyed. The occurrence was very similar to Our Lady of Hope of Pontmain.
