It's a shame that this isn't better known, and better taught. I went through CCD without having heard of any Eucharistic miracles.
The most amazing to me is the Eucharistic miracle of Lanciano.

Old [and not so old, like Ambrose Bierce] sources have very interesting accounts of miracles. When St. Dennis was beheaded, he picked up his severed head and walked with it several miles on the road, striking the fear of God into all passersby he chanced to meet. On another occasion, the feather from the wing of Annunciation angel once escaped from its reliquary and tickled the noses of the congregation so that they woke up and sneezed as a chorus with great vehemence three times each.

I still get goosebumps when I look at the Lanciano miracle.

I still get goosebumps when I look at the Lanciano miracle. You'll get The DaVinci crap, The Jesus Seminar and UFOs on Discovery and The History Channel, but you'll never get an even-handed presentation of the Eucharisitic miracle of Lanciano or the Shroud of Turin. It really ticks me off.

"Pore," not "pour."
No, you're homophones!
(Ahem)
That aside, I wonder what makes Our Lady of Guadalupe a Eucharistic Miracle.

"Interested individuals pour over the miracles associated with the Eucharist Jan. 13 at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Naperville." I certainly hope not--it'll spoil the paper. Now if they PORE over them, it'll be OK.

Do you know that Every Single Early Church Father (without even one exception)believed Jesus is truly present -Body Blood Soul and Divinity in the Eucharist?
Do you realize that if you called yourself a Christian during the first 1500 plus years of Christianity that you would believe the same thing, and if did not ,you would be a heretic?
Many of these same Saints and Early Father,s gave there very lives for Christ and the Eucharist Sacrament.
Do you know that the Bible is a Book of Typology and the Eucharist is Typed throughout Scripture.
Here is something to help you.

Are you willing to stake your life and your Salvation to deny that Christ is NOT Truly present in the Eucharist?
I,m willing to stake my life and my Salvation that Christ IS Present in the Eucharist.
Dear Brother ,Are you willing to stake your 500 year belief system against all the martyr's who died for Christ?
I wish you a Blessed night!

Mock the Holy Eucharist at your own peril.
To: stfassisi
I,m willing to stake my life and my Salvation that Christ IS Present in the Eucharist. Me too! And, in an extraordinary way, He affirmed that.
