No. Israel period. The Bible doesn't make the distinction as far as blessing Israel.The Bible does tell us to repent and not associate with those that do evil.

Please provide a Biblical definition of what it is to "repent." Not a theological one - a Biblical one. Note that "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" is the Gospel message so get this one right.
