Did Jesus prevent Judas from receiving at The Last Supper? He even said that one of his twelve disciples would betray him at The Last Supper.He hadn't committed the mortal sin yet.

It was in his heart and The Word says - even in your heart! Add the fact Jesus KNEW he was going to do it. It was as good as done.
