Good organizations like the Boy Scouts shouldn’t even associate with a scummy city like Philadelphia.

Wow! And I wonder how they can possibly pay rent. Boy Scouts if I remember correctly was pretty cheap. Maybe a couple bucks a month for membership. I guess the Boy Scout National Group could pay a monthly fee to the City. It will be interesting to see how this is settled. I wonder if they could just meet in the suburbs.

Are the Scouts performing all the building and grounds maintenance? If so, the city is deriving a benefit from their presence on the land. The same is true of the Scout camp in Balboa Park (San Diego). This also amounts to a 5th amendment violation (taking of private property without just compensation). The Scouts should force the city to pay them the market value of the improvements on the property, vacate, then find a private land owner that will leave their operations unfettered by the homosexual loving politicians.

The city will then have a piece of "public" land and a building that they will have the responsibility for maintaining.

Few things make me want to lash out violently. Boy Scouts getting shafted like this is one of them.

Scouts are a Reflection of Honest wholesome living in the Country trying to replicate a Kid growing up on a Farm for Urban Kids!

Now they want kids to emmulate Homosexuals who don’t have self respect let alone the respect of society...Dougherty FUMO Brady Nutter and the crowd all got educated at Catholic schools and they turned out as the Biggest supporters and apologist for Monopolized Labor Groups in Philadelphia that have destroyed it and now the homosexuals! Pathetic!
