Filling one’s life with activities and work serves to reduce the time one commits to studying God’s Word. The Bible is the fullness of God’s revelation to man. It contain the enlightenment He has given and preserved, and is complete.

Why not ratchet down a few of the activities you’ve described, and spend the extra time reading the Bible? May I suggest you begin with Paul’s epistle to the Romans? After all, it was written to “your church”. After that, try the letter to the Hebrews.

I read The Bible every day..
I go to Mass everyday.. The entire Liturgy is taken from the Bible Then we also have Epistles Psalms and the Gospel reading as part of the mass in the Liturgy also everyday which Follows a Calendar.

The Liturgy of the Hours is 75% from the Bible and the Balance is pieces written By Saints of the Church.. also following a calendar....of events.

everything I mentioned Roasary are Prayers taken from the Bible..

Christ expects alot from catholics and many are willing to sacrifice even with fasting !
