Impressive prayer.

May it be so in the lives of all who truly seek God.

Thanks.

In the Constitution Ineffabilis Deus of 8 December, 1854, Pius IX pronounced and defined that the Blessed Virgin Mary "in the first instance of her conception, by a singular privilege and grace granted by God, in view of the merits of Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the human race, was preserved exempt from all stain of original sin."

I don't believe Pius IX knew anymore about the "Immaculate Conception" of Mary than I do, nor do I believe it makes any difference concerning the Divinity of Jesus.

OTOH:

Romans 3:

[9] What then? Are we Jews any better off? No, not at all; for I have already charged that all men, both Jews and Greeks, are under the power of sin,

[10] as it is written: "None is righteous, no, not one;

[23] since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Ask Paul what he thinks. :-)

And ask Luke also — Luke 1:46-55; Mary rejoicing in savior. No savior needed without sin.

Mary’s Song
46And Mary said:
“My soul glorifies the Lord
47and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48for he has been mindful
of the humble state of his servant.
From now on all generations will call me blessed,
49for the Mighty One has done great things for me—
holy is his name.
50His mercy extends to those who fear him,
from generation to generation.
51He has performed mighty deeds with his arm;
he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.
52He has brought down rulers from their thrones
but has lifted up the humble.
53He has filled the hungry with good things
but has sent the rich away empty.
54He has helped his servant Israel,
remembering to be merciful
55to Abraham and his descendants forever,
even as he said to our fathers.”

I agree with you that trusting in the Magisterium
separates a human from the clear Word of Elohim.

Mary thanks Elohim for Yah'shua as she identifies
herself as a sinner just as are all of Elohim's created beings.

Trust in Elohim not in man.

Trust in Elohim not in princes.

b'shem Yah'shua

I never TRY to be inaccurate.

Do you ever try NOT to be inaccurate?

So making sweeping personal condemnations like that an argument is not exactly called Pharasaical but is, yuo charge, like one which Jesus saw and condemned in the Pharisees, is okay because others have done it to somebody else? That's the morality: He started it!

And I note that you never explained your attack on the argument, you just made an offensive comparison -- one which you cannot NOT have known to be offensive -- and did not explain it.

Some of us are hear to learn from the exchange of ideas.
