Thanks! It's obvious SAM didn't bother to consider my answer. There was no mention of the internet in Scripture since the internet didn't exist at that time. Similarly there was no mention in the gospels of praying to the saved in heaven for intercession with Christ, because:
1) Before the crucifixion, there were NO saved in Heaven;
2) Christ was not in Heaven, he was on the earth.

Your answer was a straw man. You don’t think Christ KNEW beforehand His death would allow the saved to be in heaven? Of course He knew. He could have easily instructed people to pray that way knowing this.
Instead we find Christ, when He was directly asked by the apostles, “Lord, how should we pray?” and He said, “Our Father,.....” It’s a reliable example from Jesus’ own lips to pray to God, our Heavenly Father, directly.

Honest question, just because I’m curious: before the crucifixion, where were the saved (e.g. Abraham, Moses, Elijah)?
