You should become better acquainted with the Early Church Fathers. That is where you will find the history of the Church founded by Jesus Christ.Are their writings infallible?

Are their writings infallible? These are writings ... not Scripture ... like reading a history book (you do read history books, don't you?) Here is a link to a non-Catholic site.
