Ok, Jo, here's a little of Friday silliness (on time, for a change).

Ahem...

To whom it may concern,

I am in receipt of the previously mentioned larch tree, purchased on the 5th of December. It is at best a fair one, though I have had great difficulty in recognising it from quite a ways away. This is not the first time this has happened.

I am still unable to recognize the Horse Chestnut tree that was shipped in April of last year. In attempting to reach a customer service assistant, I spoke to a Mr. Nudge, who assured me that my concerns were of little import, and that "a wink is as good as a nudge to a blind bat." I wasn't quite sure of his meaning, but took it in good faith nonetheless. This latest incident has prompted some concerns.

Is it the case that we, the consumers, are being sold a false bill of goods by Spamtech Industries? Dare I say, have the industry moguls and robber barons, sated on buttered scones and playing the grand piano with "mater," lost touch with their customer base? Perhaps they have better things to do, like flying about in their autogyros and aeroplanes.

I wish to have a resolution to this matter promptly.

Sincerely,

Mr. Edmund Ringle-Dingle Taffy Bar Clickity-click Number Seven Wordsworth
