In reality, isn't modern day abortion worse? Wasn't pagan child sacrifice giving up something great in order to appease a higher being and thus bring overall good to the community? Giving up something of value to help all? Compare that to abortion, which devalues what is sacrificed, and it's done to avoid inconvenience to an individual?
