I think it has a lot more to do with New Orleans government corruption than any curse from God. I think God's grace and punishments are a lot more subtle than causing a levee to break.
Well, think what you will. A lot of prophetic words about Katrina came out even before it happened. A corrupt government didn’t help, for sure, but I believe and will always believe that God had a hand in what happened.
