A PERSONAL INVITATION TO THE EWTN FAMILY By Raymond Arroyo
Pope Benedict XVI is coming to the United States April 15-20 and, as most Catholics know, tickets to the live events are scarce. But EWTN family will have a front row seat.
I will be anchoring each event live with my co-host, Father Richard John Neuhaus, and other papal commentators, including Carl Anderson, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus.
I can promise you that no one will have coverage as complete and as authoritative as EWTN. From the Popes arrival at Andrews Air Force Base, where he is being met by President Bush, to his meetings with the U.S. bishops and Catholic educators, his Masses and his speeches, EWTN will be there with the kind of thoughtful Catholic commentary and analysis youve come to expect.
Also, during the week, look for these EWTN specials: Pope Benedict XVI: My Vatican, to get an understanding of the Popes daily routine; Benedictus XVI: Papa Joseph Ratzinger, to get an understanding of how he dealt with the death of John Paul II and what he brings to the table as Pope; and Father Charles Connors special showing how, as Cardinal Ratzinger, the Pope was an astounding defender of the faith.
Please tell your friends who may not know about EWTN to turn to us April 15-20 on television, radio and the Internet to get the full report on the visit of our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI.

Crummers.........I’m going to be in the hospital and have only CNN to watch. At least if I get moved up the Catholic Nursing home, they will have EWTN and other choices for news. I know Fox News Channel is planning several specials.
For your ping lists. Thanks!
Can you take your radio? There will be live coverage on the radio, too, if you have Catholic radio in your area - or if you have Sirius Satellite.
Good idea!
I don’t have a general purpose ping list. From time to time I form ping lists for a particular task; the current one is for conversion stories.
Thank you for posting; I have bookmarked!
It looks like you and I signed up FR same date (my original date:).
Oh, YOU have a ticket? That is so awesome. Expecting news from the Front, then.
Straight from my cub reporter, little omalley.
