The rabbi who supervises Jerusalem's Western Wall condemned the removal of a prayer note purportedly written by Sen. Barack Obama, saying the action was "sacrilegious."

It is so obviously an Obama Campaign stages “incident” to elicit outrage and sympathy.
I think Obamarama left the note in the wrong location - isn’t there a Mosque nearby?

If this is the case, so far as I can tell, nobody stole anything. This whole thing was ginned up from the start.

No, he provided the copy AFTER one newspaper had published it. There’s no indication he had any intention of making it public before this despicable newspaper misappropriated the note and published the contents.
Okay, then there are no excuses. Sacrilege not too strong a word. I had always assumed the notes were gathered up every so often and ritually disposed of. The idea of stealing a note, any note, and publishing the contents is outrageous.
Then it WAS a pre-arranged set-up. Just like his family’s appearance on The View.
He once again gets to play both hero and victim.
So he stayed at the King David?
The notes ARE collected every so often (I believe it’s twice each year) and ritually disposed of.
Did you see the You Tube video on the Israel Insider link posted above? If it is really made by the campaign, it supports the idea that the prayer was authorized to be published: It quotes it in full twice.
