Ok I won't be cute any more or should I say a lot less. I understand that Moses died so why did God need his body if he was to be raised up upon the 1st resurrection? We covered that in Jude.

Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Here it says that he did not taste death. So where was he translated to?

Is it possible that Moses, Elisha, and Enoch have translated to one of the seven levels of heaven?

O.k., I won't be cute any more or should I say a lot less. I understand that Moses died so why did God need his body if he was to be raised up upon the 1st resurrection? We covered that in Jude.

It doesn't say that God needed the body of Moses....it says this: [Jude 9] Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

[Deuteronomy 34:6] And "He" buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.

The Lord attended to Moses' burial. "He buried him" is not referring to a human because "no man knows the place of his burial" (Satan tried to steal Moses' body, but was stopped by the archangel Michael. "the archangel Michael", contending with the devil, disputed about the body of Moses.

Michael is more powerful than Satan, as we can see here: [Revelation 12:7-9] "Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they were defeated and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world - he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him."

The location of the tomb was known only by God as He did not want the Children of Israel to idolize it and Moses is one that is spoken of in [Hebrews 11] (verse 23-24) as having died.....not receiving the promise (verse 39).

[Hebrews 11:5] By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. Here it says that he did not taste death. So where was he translated to?

The Greek word used here is for "translated" is: Strong's 3346. metatithemi (met-at-ith'-ay-mee) to transfer, i.e. (literally) transport, (by implication) exchange, (reflexively) change sides, or (figuratively) pervert.

Enoch was simply taken away so he should not see death. He was never found (by who) and just what does "not see death mean"?

Scripture tells us that man is appointed to die once [Hebrews 9:27] and Enoch was a man. He would have died just like everyone else......but the Lord took him!

[Genesis 5:21-32] And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah: And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech. And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died. And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son: And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed. And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died. And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

From this we can deduce that Enoch lived during the time of his great grandson, Noah......and what was the state of the world then? [Genesis 6:11] The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. Humanity was out of control, corrupt and violent and this is why The Lord brought on the flood. Enoch on the other hand was a good, righteous man and The Lord did not want him corrupted by his environment....not found by his evil contemporaries....so The Lord took him to a place of safety (on this Earth) and there he eventually died. Being a Godly man in his previous environment his life was always at risk.

Notice Our Lord reinforces these scriptures by saying, centuries later.....[John 3:13] And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

Is it possible that Moses, Elisha, and Enoch have translated to one of the seven levels of heaven?

No. [I Corinthians 15:22-23] For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
