I’m very proud of the Catholics and Mormons who stood tall supporting prop 8. Kinda wonder why the evangelical movement was *relatively* silent on the issue? Blessings to all churches that were shining their light in the darkness!

As an evangelical I have theological differences with the Mormans. That said, this is a major culture war for this nation. Theological differences aside, all those on the right side of this culture war must stand together, whether Catholic, Evangelical, Mormon, or tradition minded Jew (includes Orthodox and even some Conservative. Rabbi Daniel Lapin’s books are essential reading on the nature of the culture war and the principles that this nation was founded on).
