How can he sees the error of his ways and repents, unless his own policies and their results be brought direct into his own life?

I'm not happy about ill befalling another person, or family, but let's remember how education is done. Nothing is more educational than a significant emotional event. And nothing drives us closer to God than the same.

Now let's get started:

We must pray that every policy, law, and executivce order that Mister Obama puts forth, be brought into his family, for the edification of others, as well as Obama.

Do I make my point clear?

I'm not comfortable myself with imprecatory prayer. It's a lot like handling a live grenade. Others can do it if they wish, but personally I don't think that I want to do it, at least right now in this instance.

It's partly personal experience. I went through the usual college-age experiences with humanism and atheism and was persuaded with logic and reasoning to turn away from those. Same on the abortion issue. No ill befell me. It was simply a sincere change of heart. Maybe Obama will have a similar experience.
