I'm not sure if there's real disagreement or difference in emphasis. Some folks probably should be dedicated to preserving the history of genocides past ... lest we forget. If that's your vocation, great.

But it's not a Cardinal Archbishop's job ... particularly not when so much other evil is going on right now, in his diocese, on his watch. He needs to deal with that, and he has been scandalously negligent.
