Very lovely. I wish the Catholic Church would return to the archetecture of pre-Vatican II Churches. Bring back the good ol’ stuff and build it right!

"doctrine" Huh? Since when does doctrine change? Are you saying that the gates of Hell have prevailed?

March 7 is a date that will be remembered as a solemnity at Thomas Aquinas College in the years to come. On Saturday, the new and magnificent structure, Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Chapel, was dedicated by His Eminence, Roger Cardinal Mahony. Woah !! Cardinal Mahony himself was there the day before this Mass, to dedicate the Chapel?? And neither he, anyone else, nor any inanimate objects in the vicinity burst into flames spontaneously?? Perhaps there IS hope for the good Cardinal after all. Keep praying for his conversion!! God is good!!
Dear Lord Jesus, you know I am joking, right????

> Since when does doctrine change? It doesn't. You have reached the precise point that I made.
For more info, read Galatians 1:6-10, then read the documents of Vatican II; for extra credit, follow the demographics of the church (Mass attendance, conversions, divorce rates, belief in the Real Presence, church/school closings, etc. etc.) from the 1960s to today. All will become clear.

I’m a friend of the choir director. He told me Mahony’s homily was absolutely orthodox in every detail.
Mahony knows who his audience is at all times!

What can one say, except Wow !! Who knew??
With God, all things are possible. Let's keep praying for his conversion.
