I'm reminded of Bullwinkle trying to pull a rabbit out of his hat. Rocky reminds him that the trick never works and Bullwinkle obliviously replies "This time for sure!"

This has been going on in the Anglican world for almost my entire lifetime. What's different this time? They're even recycling names now. They've split from each other so many times they've run out of new names.

Yes, it has been 30+ years since the St. Louis declaration and the Anglicans are getting more splintered, not less.
