Rush was not the originator of that. He was just copying and making fun of what someone else had said. No one has ever proven that Rush is a racist or said the things others have said he did. They talked about that on BOR the other day.

Exactly correct.
Which is why a picture of a woman standing by a cross cannot be used to prove anything about Catholics.

We have no clue who the woman is, what the artist intended or what the departed wanted from this sculpture.

Just as you can’t prove Rush is a racist by that song. Maybe the person who it’s quoted from, but not Rush. And not Catholics either.

Rush was not the originator of that.

CNN, et al at least occasionally retract their misinformation. Read my post #860, on this thread there have been instances of stuff being attributed to a "Roman Catholic Website" when it was patently FALSE.
