***Guess the Roman Church didnt realize that at several points in the last 1600 odd years.
Theyve been doing it with amazing audacity and cheekiness many times over their existence in that time.***
Many times? And only over the last 1600 years? One of the first great developments in Christianity was the Trinity. Non Scriptural, yet the Church declared it. Selected of Scripture? Guilty. Development of the Catechism? Also guilty. The Church is the foundation and pillar of truth, not Scripture. Sola scriptura is wrong, based upon, well, Scripture. The Church created by Jesus is right; the various churches of men are wrong.
Read about the authority of the Church right in Scripture. Not the authority of those off their medication. The Church turned out Origen because he thought that he knew better than the Church. It’s not that Augustine was not a great theologian, it was that the Church’s Consensus Patrum was and is the deciding factor.
I'll give you ten thousand Turkish lira if you diagram that sentence and post the results.
Thank God I’m Catholic, not Roman.
Petronski, you are a cheapskate!
Jedediah, I will give you ten million Atlantean dollars and one slightly used Jamaican voodoo doll if you do something really funny to get back at Mr. Grammarian (Petronski)!
Oh yay! , so is it inscribed on the )ancient 8 - track scroll . Verily!,I say unto you . !

I will back you up with 100 million Altairian Dollars, 200 million Flanian pobble beads, and the entire 31st century minting of the Triganic Pu. And a used cat.
"My view is also that nobody's above the law, and, if there are clear instances of wrongdoing, that people should be prosecuted just like any ordinary citizen, but that, generally speaking, I'm more interested in looking forward than I am in looking backwards." ~ BHO
Well stated.
Jesus of course
ACTUALLY,
most prophetic folks I know have been through a LOT of refiner’s fires.
They are likely much more acquainted with the fire of Holy Spirit than any of the rabid RC’s I know hereon.
However, that’s likely to change . . . sooner for some . . . and much sooner for one . . . some very educational experiences are set to flood across the Body of Christ and particularly those who are more pretense than substance.
***Jesus of course***
Why are you posting as if you were Jesus?
***most prophetic folks I know have been through a LOT of refiners fires.

Most of the false prophets that I have met have been through something which is either an imbalance in themselves or else came from a bottle or a syringe.
Are you a child of God
What a sheltered life you must have led.
A good point.
The postings appear to be mixing the author's (Jedediah) identity with Christ.
An extraordinary dangerous thing to be doing.
Any references to the words of Jesus, should include scripture references in my opinion.
But YOU wrote it, not Jesus.
***What a sheltered life you must have led.***
I have had my exposure to the crazies typically at a distance. I have therefore had the good fortune to observe at a distance yet not been overwhelmed by insanity. Therefore I have also been able to learn and yet not be tainted. If that is sheltered, then yes, I have been sheltered.
One does not have to submerge one’s self in ordure to understand that it is ordure with all that that experience entails.
