I see 9:11 (digital clocks) more now. Have been seeing the pattern since 9-11 happened. I don't doubt what you say one bit.

I am a 4:05 person myself. It is my alarm time so my mind is really trained to look for it. I see it in prices, spreadsheets, post numbers, etc, every day.
