What was this Reverend doing looking at child porn? Is this true? I admire the man’s devotion to pro-life causes,but this is troubling.I’m not judging him..it’s not my place to,and,believe me,i’m not,but it does give me pause to think.

I know of cases in which absolutely innocent parties have been framed for “possession” of porn because of various files found on computers or IP log files. Unless it can be established that the accussed had exclusive access to a particular computer there is no proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

In one case, a teacher was dismissed because a colleague had been using a shared machine to do his thing. Later on, that colleague was convicted of molestation. But the dismissed colleague never received any apology or reparation for the false accusation.
