The ACNA is only a little over five months old at the moment but it largely reflects conservative Anglican and Anglo-Catholic views on the questions you have raised, which still tend to be quite diverse even without liberal viewpoints wedging their way in there. It is largely just an attempt to unify that which has been shattered by apostates who have insisted on turning our larger Church body away from Christ and towards the cares of the world.
