The Norell's say the egg was laid 'straight from heaven' and is a message of encouragement that comes at the right time. "This time of the year, we get so taken up with the presents and money and we forget about the reason," Pam explained. "I think he [God] was just telling us he is the reason for the season."

first the calf born with a really amazing cross on its forhead, now this egg. Ya know, God does speak in strange ways; I hope we are listening......

That’s a soft shell egg, my hens would pop those out on occasion. Can’t explain the cross, tho. These eggs are very soft and pliable when they slide out, it might have got pressed against something.

“Wrinkled” eggs can be caused by infectious bronchitis in hens which is caused by the Coronavirus. The “cross” looks like an imprint of the bottom of the chicken cage, as the shell is soft and pliable.

I do not think God sends messages via eggs!

And which of you, if he ask his father bread, will he give him a stone? or a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he reach him a scorpion? — Luke 11:11-12
