No, but you can discuss it. St. Jerome was a Church Father; the Magisterium has decided somewhat different - that Lucifer is a state or description, rather than an individual. I suppose that it would be equivalent to a title or description such as Son of God (David, the giants in Genesis et al).

Meant to say that individual interpretation of Scripture is very fallible.

You need to face the fact that St. J translated a term that Jesus used for himself as being the name of Satan.
