Keep in mind that God does not have unending patience with those who enable and have unending patience for sin. Apparently God's wrath is about to come down on his own sons and daughters for their insufferable tolerance of the intolerable....ironic as it may seem.

In short...when you grew up, you should have done "it" yourself..so God doesn't have to do "it" for you, but since you did not and you wanted to be seen in a good light to men (see corrupt politicians, bankers and other various thieves), don't complain when Divine mercy does not come your way.

The Heavenly Father got so fed up with the House of Israel he divorced her and told her that she would cease to remember who she was. And we seem to be in the midst of that 'golden' calf modeling once again, in spite of all the prior warnings. But there is individual reckoning and national reckoning and to the individual and or the nation He promised He would never leave us or foresake us IF we did not leave Him.
