Gee, I must have missed the part where Jesus commanded his followers to petition Herod or Caesar to take care of the poor and needy for them.
Nope, Jesus commanded us as individuals to do this. He didn’t say to take from your neighbor or petition your government to take care of your neighbor. Liberalism is apathy, it is passing the buck to the government on what you should be doing yourself (either for yourself or for your neighbor.)

Wow, I've seen some big lies about Beck, but this one nearly takes the cake. I've never heard anything remotely like guns and gold are most important in his life, and listen to the damned show a lot. I bet this douche hasn't listened to more than a few minutes of Beck in his entire life, but he just fabricated this "claim" out of his vivid imagination of how he "knows" how those crazy wingnuts are (just like how Maureen Dowd heard "boy").
