When ever his sainthood is announced will be a great day, not only for Catholics, but for people in general. He was a great Pope. If and when sainthood is bestowed upon Mother Teresa, It will be richly deserved.

On a personal note, I have had the priviledge to have seen both of them. When their sainthood comes to pass, I can say that I have seen two people that have become Saints of the Roman Catholic Church. I was an honor to have been among those who have seen them.

I know it’s a deadly sin, but I envy that you were able to meet such good people. To have met literal saints.

I saw him at World Youth Day in Denver. He was far away but it was an amazing experience.

My oldest daughter’s middle name is Teresa because I felt Mother Teresa would become a saint in her lifetime.

What a fabulous day it will be when these two figures show the world it IS possible in this day and age to become saints!
