Matter of fact, I think every forum needs moderation. A forum that does more than swap squash recipes needs moderation more.
Are atheists more childish and boorish than religious people? You bet. But it is silly to fault him for getting his own forum workable for whatever goals he has set there.

I didn’t say the God isn’t the arbiter of right and wrong. As I said, I believe God eals with us individually when it come to right and wrong, not as a whole.
In YOUR “all truth is relative” worldview, there can be no God, not in mine.
