Roman Catholic apologists have lots of reasons for believing errors. But God is not a fool. He knows the heart of each of us. And he knows who takes up residence there.

Any thought going to Mary is one thought less than should be going to Jesus Christ alone.

"Flee from idolatry." No matter how good it feels to remain the servant of it.

So it would seem that you approve of the Catholic way of defending doctrine?

So far in this thread the Catholics have quoted a demon as authority and tossed out the bible and the dictionary.

We are commanded to pray for our fellow Christians still alive on earth and still waging the good fight, but to pray to the Triune God alone.

How difficult is this for the Roman Catholic apologist to understand?

Alarmingly difficult, judging from posts here.

Local bead shops are great too.

And very theraputic just running your hands through the tubs of beads. Relaxing.

Having a back that is cant bend (cant go beach treasure hunting) are local bead store at the beach has all the tubs up high on tables purposely for folks with disabilities.

However my medals/crosses and other Rosary findings I did order on line.

Have the St.Kolbe Relics/Divine Mercy/Militia Immaculata and more.

So exciting. And they will make great gifts from the heart.

After chaplets my plan is Auto Rosaries which I think are great bracelets (reminders to Pray) for teen girls.

I am seriously asking where is the ‘communion of saints’ taught ?? When I was a child it was taught simply as a fact with no explanation of the source..

I had accepted it as a fact, now wondering its source ..no trick my friend

I don't see you posting Scripture from either Testament, Judith. I post regularly from the Gospels. Roman Catholic apologists still ignore it.

Luke 20

34Jesus replied, “The people of this age marry and are given in marriage. 35But those who are considered worthy of taking part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage, 36and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God’s children, since they are children of the resurrection. 37But in the account of the bush, even Moses showed that the dead rise, for he calls the Lord ‘the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’[c] 38He is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for to him all are alive.”

I do not worry about them forgetting to take my prayer to the throne of God, because i take it there myself, now having access to God without a man to do it for me.

Amen.

Sad that some are chained to a lie and yet they still love those chains.

I have been so ill/in pain at times that the only Prayer I can lift up my suffering (Same for KV) and intentions with is the Our Father.

I dont believe God is that fussy that he would hold it against me. : ) /sarc

Usually works out that either I fall asleep with comfort or after 4 tries the Hail Mary comes to me as Clear as Day.

And the Queen of Heaven has always passed on my Prayer intentions and given me peace/comfort as only a Mother can.

Who is that “Statue of Mary” on the cross holding?

Could it be JESUS?!?

Any more that picture makes me giggle. Some cheap relic stand sticks a modern interpretation of Jesus being held my his mother on the back of a classic crucifix and it’s supposed to show something?

LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!

All it shows is that mixing styles in art revels poor taste in art.

How about the 5th Commandment Honor your Father or Mother which is the reason Christ has to Honor her intercessory pray since she is his human Mother and he did enter humanity thru her.

Does "honor" mean "do whatever they say, even as an adult?"

It is irratating but I do remember to Pray for our enemies here at FR.

Usually for some reason they come to mind in Prayer while I am doing the dishes.

I am still livid/angry at Quix for calling the Holy Eucharist a wafer.

KV and I did our first Adoration in peace on Divine Mercy Sunday.

Cant be in better company. : ) You get that fer sure, right?

I don't ask you to "trust my judgment on what 'idolatry' is."

Read the Bible. Trust the Bible. Read the 10 Commandments. Read Isaiah 44.

"Flee from idolatry."

"Supposed" to show something? lol. Yeah, it shows something. It shows the same something pagans have shown for eons -- worship of someone or something other than the Triune God.

"Flee from idolatry."

No matter how good it feels.

>>It is irratating but I do remember to Pray for our enemies here at FR.<<

Laugh at them.
I believe that The Lord gives us humor to get through.

Go back up and look at the “Mary on the Cross” picture. It’s being posted AGAIN like it means something. Over and over it’s posted. Although no one seems to be able to find a reference to it, except on Anti-Catholic websites.

Repeating the same action and expecting a different result is a sure sign of insanity. Trust me.
