What are your favorite websites related to God, the bible, etc? Any websites related to learning and understanding biblical Hebrew would be appreciated too, along with sites that discuss the original meaning of Hebrew words, or their context (history).
I'd also love links to sites that explore biblical concepts that require imagination (as I have none!). Like, what might life have been like in the early stages of mankind? For instance, I know from reading my bible that people were vegetarians, had one language, that there were no rainbows until after the flood, that animals had no fear of man, that men apparently didn't go bald, that there were no thorns or weeds prior to God cursing the ground, etc.
Historical & scientific sites that explain or theorize life/culture/etc., the earth and its features and how it came to be/changed, etc. would be great too!
Any websites along these lines would be much appreciated.
I love to read my bible, been through it 9 or 10 times now, and can't get enough! I'm teaching myself Hebrew in the hopes of eventually reading the OT in the original language. With your help, hopefully I'll find some new sites to feast upon. Thanks!
Follow a Daily Readings thread for one day and you will see lots of linked websites.

Hope you enjoy them, too.
answersingenesis.org talks a lot about the early days. I am sure you will enjoy yourself there.

too much?
Be sure to download Hebrew fonts.
This is a sample page from Genesis using the verse by verse feature with parallel translations.
I just got a new laptop and haven’t transferred my favorites yet, but one of my fave programs is ISA 2 basic, which is a free software program available on www.scripture4all.org
It’s a Hebrew/Greek interlinear program (with Strong’s #’s) that is searchable and I’ve found it so helpful! I hope you do too. :-)
p.s. ISA (Interlinear Scripture Analyzer) recommends using Ezra font, and that was definitely an improvement on my old laptop, but with my new laptop, the Hebrew words show up nice enough that Ezra isn’t as necessary. (That, and I couldn’t figure out where to find it to install it after I downloaded it. I’m not a geek at all.)
I recently found this list of online commentaries that someone might be interested in:

Another site I’ve found helpful for learning Hebrew is:
www.hebrew4christians.net
The following is to an extensive question & answer for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, not in any way associated to the ELCA.
Do a search on any topic and get a Bible based answer with corroborating Biblical text.
Did you know that you can download the whole program for free? It offers much more than just the interlinear. If you didn’t, see post #13. I use that program extensively!
Your site prints the words backwards.
Yes, that bothers me too. Since it’s an interlinear translation of Hebrew, it should read like Hebrew.
