When will conservatives and Republicans learn this and learn how to outsmart the Dims and gain some control of the culture and media?

Because they have made a deliberate and concerted effort to put themselves in charge of the culture. They support each other and are willing to use any means to further their goals.
Conservatives are starting to regain some of the new media, but there is a long way to go. The first step is to understand that the MSM has long been owned by “progressives”, and that they lie without compunction.
