Please don’t get me wrong. I agree with your post completely and what you laid out. I was expanding on my thoughts regarding the topic to anyone else out there in general who might want to argue further that I didn’t know what I was talking about or that my or any view contrary to their view has no validity. I do tend to become verbose about subjects that trip my trigger so I’m sorry about any misconceptions.

I don't think what you cite has anything to do with the admonition agaainst watcher of times.

This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men." (Dan 4:17)
The word "watchers" is exclusive to this passage (cf. v. 13, 23), although it occurs frequently in extra-biblical sources, e.g., aprocryphal books of "Jubilees" and "Enoch".

watchers Strong's Hebrew #05894 עיר iyr (Aramaic), (eer), from a root corresponding to #5782; a watcher, i.e. an angel (as guardian):--watcher.

Strong's Hebrew #05782, עור `uwr (oor), a primitive root (rather identical with #5783 through the idea of opening the eyes); to wake (literally or figuratively):--(a- )wake(-n, up), lift up (self), X master, raise (up), stir up (self).

Strong's Hebrew #05783 ( עור ), a primitive root; to (be) bare:--be made naked.

It would be reasonable, then, little is hidden from the watchers. Despite no creature knowing the hearts (nor minds) of men - save one - that which they observe is plain to them; there is no mystery, no enigma; they see it as it is.

holy one's Strong's Hebrew #06922 קריט qaddiysh (Aramaic), (kad-deesh'), corresponding to #6918. --holy (One), saint.

Zodhiates intimates in his Lexical Aide to the Old Testament concerning #06922 that it is Aramaic correlate to #06918. It is used of God or false deities (Dan 4:8,9; 5:11), of angels (Dan 4:13,17), and of the Jews (Dan 7:18, 21, 22, 25).

Strong's Hebrew #06918 is an important adj. from #06942. It means sacred (ceremonially or morally); selected, pure, holy, consecrated, pious; (as a sub.) sanctuary, the Holy One (i.e., God, and angel, a saint). The first appearance of #06918 is in Exo 19:16. All Israel was holy, a nation serparated for God's service. In other words, God dedicated Israel as His special people. They were considered holy by their special relastionship to the holy God...the basic meaning is what is intrinsically sacred and distinct (even opposed to) what is common.

Strong's Hebrew #06942. קרט qadash (kaw-dash') is the sphere of what is considered sacred; it is clearn, pure and hallowed.

It is obvious from the context that the 'holy ones' are distinct from watchers (the latter most likely a general classification inclusive of those that are not categorized as the former).

Adam Clarke in his Commentary (re: Dan 4:13):

A watcher and a holy one These are both angels; but, according to the Chaldean oracles, of different orders. They appear, according to their opinions, to be a kind of judges of human actions who had the power of determining the lot of men.
It must be understood that all angels act at the behest of God. Angels of the Lord may be tasked to dispense wrath, vengeance and judgement, but when commanded to do so, Satan's minions are only too happy to oblige to create and sow carnage, chaos, mayhem and otherwise be the agents of misery and anguish. With respect to v17 Clarke states:
This matter is by the decree of the watchers...the most High ruleth He never leaves the government of the world to man, to second causes, or to fortuitous occurrences. What are thus called are his agents; they are no moving causes.
Furthermore, "The throne ennobles no man: to be properly filled, the man must be noble. Some of the greatest and some of the meanest of men have sat on the throne. Kings differ in education, seldom in intellect, from the common mass of men; the power and authority are from God. The king himself may be given either in mercy or in wrath. When James II. ruled this kingdom, it might well be said, God hath set up over it the basest of men. His successor was one of the best. The former nearly ruined it both in a civil and religious point of view; the latter was the means of restoring it in both these respects."

Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Commentary (re: Dan 4:13):

watcher and an holy one--rather, "even an holy one." Only one angel is intended, and he not one of the bad, but of the holy angels. Called a "watcher," because ever on the watch to execute God's will [JEROME], (Psa 103:20,21). Compare as to their watchfulness, Rev 4:8, "full of eyes within ... they rest not day and night." Also they watch good men committed to their charge (Psa 34:7; Heb 1:14); and watch over the evil to record their sins, and at God's bidding at last punish them (Jer 4:16,17), "watchers" applied to human instruments of God's vengeance. As to GOD (Dan 9:14; Job 7:12; 14:16; Jer 44:27). In a good sense (Gen 31:49; Jer 31:28). The idea of heavenly "watchers" under the supreme God (called in the Zendavesta of the Persian Zoroaster, Ormuzd) was founded on the primeval revelation as to evil angels having watched for an opportunity until they succeeded in tempting man to his ruin, and good angels ministering to God's servants (as Jacob, Gen 28:15; 32:1,2). Compare the watching over Abraham for good, and over Sodom for wrath after long watching in vain for good men in it, for whose sake He would spare it, Ge 18:23-33; and over Lot for good, Gen 19:1-38 Daniel fitly puts in Nebuchadnezzar's mouth the expression, though not found elsewhere in Scripture, yet substantially sanctioned by it (II Chr 16:9; Pro 15:3; Jer 32:19), and natural to him according to Oriental modes of thought.

Why do people think that their talking to the dead? That is such a lie! YOU ARE TALKING TO DEMONS!! NOT THE DEAD!! The dead have been before God and have been judged, there’s no such thing as the dead roaming the earth. It’s fake. And yes, a ouija board is a dangerous, satanic thing. The star on it is the symbol of death and the devil. It’s not a game. Yes toy stores sell them because they ‘think’ wrong. I am a born again chrirstian. Just read your bible, you’ll see that using what some people think is fake and fun are on the wrong road. Did I mention that demons, (how ever evil or bad they are,) are scared to (blank) of God. People also think that if someone is possessed or if some house is “haunted” they need to call an exorcist. Not true. Demons TREMBLE when you say “JESUS”! Did you know that? They don’t want anything to do with Christ. Read this, from the bible:

Mark 5:1-20
1 And they came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes. 2 And when he was come out of the boat, straightway there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit (demon).  3 who had his dwelling in the tombs: and no man could any more bind him, no, not with a chain; 4 because that he had been often bound with ankle chains and chains, and the chains had been rent asunder by him, and the ankle chains broken in pieces: and no man had strength to tame him. 5 And always, night and day, in the tombs and in the mountains, he was crying out, and cutting himself with stones. 6 And when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshipped him; 7 and crying out with a loud voice, he saith, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the Most High God? I adjure thee by God, torment me not. 8 For he said unto him, Come forth, thou unclean spirit, out of the man. 9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he saith unto him, My name is Legion; for we are many. 10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country. 11 Now there was there on the mountain side a great herd of swine feeding. 12 And they besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them. 13 And he gave them leave. And the unclean spirits (demons) came out, and entered into the swine: and the herd rushed down the steep into the sea, in number about two thousand; and they were drowned in the sea. 14 And they that fed them fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they came to see what it was that had come to pass. 15 And they come to Jesus, and behold him that was possessed with demons sitting, clothed and in his right mind, even him that had the legion: and they were afraid. 16 And they that saw it declared unto them how it befell him that was possessed with demons, and concerning the swine. 17 And they began to beseech him to depart from their borders. 18 And as he was entering into the boat, he that had been possessed with demons besought him that he might be with him. 19 And he suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go to thy house unto thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord has done for you and how he had mercy on you. 20 And he went his way, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men marvelled.

All in all, (you should be happy, this comment was twice as long before but then my battery died so here’s most of it...) But anyway, all in all it’s 1,000,000,000,000% satanic, it’s the devils creation. If you want more information, either read a bible, or ask me...
