Seriously??????? This is in every missal and prayer book out there. It's sometimes called "the duties of every Catholic" or something like that. This is basic stuff. I have trouble with the servile work thing.
The 6 Precepts of the Church (The Duties of a Catholic)
To go to Mass and refrain from servile work on Sundays and holy days
To go to Confession at least once a year (traditionally done during Lent)
To receive the Eucharist at least once a year, during the Easter Season (known as the "Easter duty")
To observe the days of fasting and abstinence
To help to provide for the needs of the Church according to one's abilities and station in life
To obey the marriage laws of the Church
As for the examination of conscience, there's a number of things written on this and one of the best was written by Justin Cardinal Rigali. It's pretty much just as in depth. It's a good thing to do from time to time.
It looks like I do it anyway. Thanks! Believe me I go at least once a month. then eucharist. Praise Jesus for this sacrament. Its shame how ignorant some fellow parishners don’t go. Once, I did not go up to communion. A person asked why not. I told them I did not go to confession. They did not understand! The person never went.
