A cow skull? What’s up with THAT? It has been over fifty years and at least three hundred bottles of vodka. How do you expect this old geezer to remember something that I no longer wear proudly?
Maybe western folklore or dead cows on the dairy farm where I grew up have something to do with it. There must be an expert on Mormon history out there that can enlighten you. Reaganaut? Colorcountry? Elsie?
