The Roman church has tended to be a bit more aggressive since it separated itself from the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church about a 1000 years ago. In any case, why wait to enjoy the benefits of salvation. You can have them here and now!
BTW, we have no opinion on anyones spiritual path, as it would be contemptuous for us to question what is surely God's business.
