I’m wondering how you could constitutionally prohibit building this mosque, no matter how distasteful it may be.

Some kind of Pfizer-style eminent domain, I suppose, not that it is really constitutional, either.

Going up it's a danger to the public because it's probably gonna' fall down real soon. That'd be enough reason to keep it from being built, plus they don't own the land yet, haven't got the money to build it, and as long as they don't ask for a change in the zoning and planning envelope, there's really nothing for government to decide.

So far this has been a lot of fluff and huff on the part of the Islamofascist forces ~ testing the water.

They outed Bloomberg and Obama, and a few others ~ I expect they thought there'd be many more.

This is not a constitutional issue. This is a zoning issue. The right if imminent domain could easily be invoked to take away some or all the the bundle of rights these private owners have to the peaceful use of their property.

It might take an Act of Congress, due process, but it would definitely not be a constitutional issue.

Listen closely. This will not be pleasant.

John Adams said, our Constitution was made ONLY for a moral people, and that it was totally unsuited to govern any other kind of people.

Muslims and Liberals are OTHER kinds of people.

The Constitution is dead.

They won. They killed it. Diluted it, pissed on it, burned it and ignore it.

The only ones still abiding by it are us, we need to stop.

This battle is lost, but there is one more to claim the spoils of the entire war.

We can win the war, but the cost is admitting we lost, forgoing the constitution, winning, and then as the Declaration says, setting forth a compact which we best believe able to protect our liberties.

The longer we play by the rules while they cheat, the less likely is any victory or hope at all.

Now I will spell it out in simple terms.

If we give in to this Mosque, because we uphold the 1st Amendment, we will LOSE those rights ourselves by their hands against us.

If we oppose this mosque, violating our 1st Amendment, we have ourselves, sacrificed it.

In the former, we are both DEAD and have lost our rights.

In the later, we have sacrificed them, that we may live and that God willing, we may write a stronger, clearer more complete compact.

Choose. Act. The war is almost over.

WE DID IT TO THE MORMONS....... THE Edmunds–Tucker Act

The act disincorporated both the LDS Church and the Perpetual Emigration Fund on the grounds that they fostered polygamy
