Do you eat a lot of honey, by any chance? Especially local to your environment?

I can’t any more.

Local honey has helped mr. mm tremendously. Even my allergist recommends eating it. He says it really does work although not quite as good as his shots :)

But for those who can’t do the shots, it’s an option.

Besides, honey has a lot of sugar (no kidding) and makes the yeast go crazy.
