For French-Canadians like me this is a HUGE event. I have been to the basilica that Brother Andre built many times. I wish I could be there tomorrow for the big day.
I was there at the Oratory twice in my life. I have bookmarked the website. The last trip was twenty years ago. The one thing I do know, it is the only major Catholic shrine to have esculaters. It is said the shrine was under contruction when St. (Brother) Andre had died and I did see the tomb where he is buried.
