And how many are going to argue that it should be illegal?

Who on here is suggesting that contraception or pre/extra-marital sex be made illegal?

How many are going to argue that such is compatible with a government of limited and enumerated powers?

Are you suggesting that the Founding Fathers would have had a problem with contraception of sex outside of marriage being outlawed by individual states?

That is what I am asking. Who here is suggesting that it be made illegal?

If not then what recourse do they recommend to fight against the trend whereby 75% of American couples use birth control, and convince them they are doing something wrong?

And are there people here who DO want it outlawed, and also think that such is compatible with a Government of limited and enumerated powers?

I find it amusing that so many “small Government Conservatives” see nothing wrong with a nanny State Government, so long as it enforces what they want enforced.
