No priest has ever in my lifetime of going to mass preached about the sin of homosexuality. Never heard it, this is a fact. If you don't like that, you go protest the pope and demand a change.
My point is that there are other denominations that DO make a point of preaching about the sin of homosexuality and the gays seem to be fixated on the one church which apparently has consciously chosen to ignore the whole issue. And do you know why? Because if they showed up at some random church in Georgia, nobody would notice. But if they show up in front of the Pope, they make headlines. It has nothing to do with the church, just where they can get publicity.

I’ve heard it condemned at Mass. Maybe you should try another parish or just confront your priest.
