I do not agree with your interpretation. The True Power of the Eucharist (Jesus!) is felt among His people, and is undeniable. In our town alone, some 400 people attend *daily* Mass. There are no formal statistics for daily-Mass attendance, but obviously the number is quite high worldwide, based on our town's numbers alone. Not to mention the tens of thousands of saints who lauded the Eucharist constantly. Why would people take the time to include Mass in their day, unless something very special (miraculous!) was going on? If the Eucharist was just a cracker, I can assure you, hardly anyone would show up. How many would attend your place of worship *daily* if you held services at 6:00 a.m.?

You may do the Eucharist daily ... it is a great way to humble yourself and keep Him ever in mind as your soul hournies tot eh end of the bodily trip. I start my day and end my day with prayer to the Lord, and that serves a similar function daily for me. But I do receive the Eucharist when I can because Jesus suggested we do that particular ritual in remembrance of Him. If you need to partake of the bread and wine so often to keep Him ever in your mind and heart, by all means do it. But don't fault those who understand this issue differently, who have excellent exegetic reasons for their belief.

The bread and wine do not save you nor will eschewing it a particular number of times dissolve your salvation. The day I got born again, I started counting the days until I could be baptised in the Church I chose for that obedience. The Lord told me to say aloud a particular thing at my baptism and I couldn't wait to get it done! I couldn't even quote the particular passage where the saying is found at that time, but when I came to the baptism pool, the Pastor stopped the process and asked me 'Has God given you something to share with us?' It was an extraordinary thing because it was not a part of the usual procession. I turned teary eyed to the congragationa nd said what I was told, then got baptised and sprang fromt he pool like a new man ... 'cause I was! nad I still am, thanks be to God.

The thing I was to say is found in Matthew chapter ten, verses 32 and 33 IIRC.
